Sophia Sickling

Sophia is a rank-and-file organizer committed to building worker power from the ground up. As Chief Steward with the Political Workers Guild (TNG-CWA 37074), she recognizes that real power for change comes through collective action and solidarity across industries. Sophia believes the Denver Area Labor Federation plays a crucial role in building workers' collective voice to create lasting change for working people in Denver. 

Through her role as Vice President, she aims to strengthen cross-union collaboration and member-driven organizing that equips workers to stand together effectively in their workplaces and communities. Sophia is dedicated to creating spaces where workers can develop their organizing skills, share tactics, and build the collective strength needed to win meaningful improvements in their lives and communities.
